After exiting from Meta in 2022, Kustomer looked to rebrand as a way to signal a fresh chapter and a new strategic direction to the market.
I evolved their old chat-bot style symbol, keeping the idea but modernizing the expression. The new Kusty is the embodiment of their mission: Effortless delightful experiences that Kustomer enables across the world.
With his beaming grin and simple content expression he represents the supported and satisfied end customer. His cheerful sunshine yellow color expresses the optimism, energy, and warmth he has received enabled by our experience.
